To all of our trades partners, current and prospective clients
We wanted to reach out to update you on the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak and related issues on all our businesses. We as a community have never navigated through a time exactly like this. JerCo Construction is moving forward with business as usual, with many new practices in the office an onsite. Now more than ever we are committed to our vision, our mission, and our culture to put service before self.
As we all know job-sites are the offices to many and the sanitation, cleanliness and all our health is everyone’s highest priority. Below are ways JerCo is committed to keeping our offices and job sites safe as well as other important information:
o We will make it a priority to do our part in keeping job sites clean and sanitized. We will use hand sanitizer/wipes as best as possible, especially with the low inventory. Please wash your hands or sanitize continuously throughout the day.
o Our business is running “full-time”, however our office hours are limited. Our office staff is working from home, however our main office phone rings directly to our home offices, so please continue to call 763-208-7815 or the cell of who you are contacting.
o Please inform us if you are experiencing production delays or low staffing which would impact the published schedules for each job, and we will do our best to communicate the same.
o Please do not share job site tools, and sanitize after usage.
o Please continue to practice social distancing.
o We ask anyone working on each project whom have symptoms of respiratory illness to stay home until they are free of fever, signs of a fever, or any other symptoms for at least 24 hours –without the use of fever-reducing medicines.
o We are committed to meeting the needs of all we serve without interruption, but there will be modification to in-person meetings to help reduce the spread of germs. Most meetings will be video conference or conference calls until we know more from the CDC and/or State of MN.
Information and communication is imperative during these times. We will share any and all information we have access to. Please click the links below with some basic information and publications supplied by the state and different trade organizations
