Jeremy Flaten
Co Founder/ President
Jeremy has been in the construction industry since 1995. Jeremy attended Minnesota State University of Moorhead and studied Construction Management. Jeremy has overseen the construction of over 200 single and multi-family homes and is now a custom home builder and remodeler. With his diverse experience in the field and education he can help you create the home of your dreams. Jeremy doesn’t only believe in building amazing projects, but also building amazing relationships with each homeowner. It is JerCo’s mission to serve them for life.
Corey Hoppe
Co Founder/ Vice President
Corey and Jeremy met at MSUM. They were college roommates for 5 years. After leaving Moorhead he moved down to the twin cities and started framing and remodeling. Corey is the driving force in the field. He is JerCo’s Project Manager, with his hard work ethic, attention to detail, and motivational skills he is by far one of the premier framers in the metro area. He will make sure your project is clean, on schedule, and everything you can dream of and more. From a deck, to a barrel vaulted hall way, he will make your vision come true.
